This form is the new Remote Learning Daily Attendance Form.  There will no longer be separate daily attendance forms.  Attendance must be recorded by 9:00 am on Remote Learning Days.  Failure to submit the form will result in an unexcused absence. Use this form each day for remote learning attendance. Attendance for students who are in-person will be taken by their teachers and the form will not need to be filled out on those days.Thank you for your assistance in keeping our attendance records accurate.
